Sexual violence is a traumatic violation of the body, mind and spirit. It profoundly affects a person’s health and well-being. Each person reacts in a unique way to sexual violence, and there is no right or wrong way to cope or to feel. At Anova, we provide feminist based, client-focused, counselling and support to female identified and gender non-confirming individuals ages 15 years and older. Services are confidential and free of charge.
Our services include:

- public education & outreach
