It is easy to feel overwhelmed when looking for the right support. There are many services in the community but finding the right one at the right time can be difficult. Our staff are available to help connect you with the right health or social service to meet your need. You can also call our 24 hour crisis and support line at 519-642-3000. The following 24 hour crisis lines are also available:
